Welcome to ForeverPals! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Credits

Our service uses a credit system to generate images. One credit can be used to generate one image. Credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable. There is no refund for unused credits, including in the case of account termination.

3. Content

Our service allows you to upload photos of your pets to generate images. You retain all rights to any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a license to use, modify, and create derivative works from your photo for the purpose of providing the service.

You may use the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may also purchase souvenirs with the generated images, which are fulfilled by our partner, Printful.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so from your account settings page. This action is irreversible and will permanently delete your account and all of your data, including any remaining credits.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
